The day begins with pick-up at your accommodation between 9:30 and 10:00.
Accompanied by the guide, you will start this experience with a typical Sicilian breakfast of granita and brioche, before heading to the local market and traditional shops to select fresh and genuine ingredients.

Afterwards, you will reach a typical Sicilian restaurant where, together with a professional chef, you will prepare a full traditional menu consisting of appetizer, pasta, main course, and dessert.

During the cooking class, you will learn techniques and secrets of Sicilian cuisine, as well as the best food and wine pairings.

At the end of the experience, you will sit on the terrace with a panoramic sea view to enjoy the dishes prepared during the course, accompanied by typical Sicilian wines and liqueurs.
